TAKING THE BEST FLOORING AND CARPET IN BATH
Virtuoso Flooring’s second quarter is exciting to say the least. The Virtuoso team are hopping and skipping into spring/summer, avoiding the strawberries and cream, but enjoying a ‘jam-packed’ schedule of flooring and carpet works!
We have been trusted to deliver the flooring packages across 3 modern very sought after city apartment buildings. The Bulk of apartments to be completed in April/May with communal areas and handovers scheduled for June/July. Virtuoso Flooring will comfortably complete 10-15 apartments a week across the 3 projects delivering 70 apartments in total plus communal areas.
Ben Horan – Virtuoso Flooring’s Operations Director, is very confident in delivering 5,000 m2 of Moduleo and Karndean luxury vinyl tiles, carpet tiles and carpet across the 3 projects, alongside the other workflow, on time and with no hiccups.

We are currently about a half way through the work and I couldn’t be happier with the progress, the fitting team are certainly rising to the challenge.”

Fast forward 6 months and we are on the ground expertly installing the flooring and carpet on three prestigious developments, the hard work is beginning to pay off. One of the projects is in East London and the other two are in Bristol. Even with this geographical challenge we are still delivering a ‘5-star’ service to our Bath carpet and flooring clients.”
The Cigar Factory in Bristol ‘Heritage Building, Modern Living’:
Built at the turn of the 20th Century, The Cigar Factory is located in sought after Southville. A short walk from the shops, cafes, and bars of fashionable North Street. This landmark building is a fine example of Bristol’s rich industrial heritage and has been transformed into 19 high quality one, two and three-bedroom duplex apartments, above a modern commercial office space. Where possible the industrial heritage and feel of the building has been retained. Exposed brickwork features in many of the apartments as well as the communal stairway.
